Shawn has spent the past several years shaping highquality experiences for individuals in retirement. Before joining Bauman Wealth Advisors, she worked in the Lifestyle Department at Sun City Mesquite, where she helped retirees stay active, engaged, and connected. This background made for a natural transition into her role as Director of Client Experiences.

At BWA, Shawn continuously enhances every touchpoint of the client journey, from seminars and onboarding to communications, events, and ongoing service. She works across departments to create a seamless, thoughtful, and relationshipdriven experience that reflects the firm’s mission. Shawn earned her bachelor’s degree from SMU in Dallas, Texas.

She loves her life in Mesquite, where she spends her time with her partner enjoying desert hikes, pickleball, bridge, good books, and the adventure of daily life. Her family remains her foundation and greatest source of joy.
