Todd Bauman is governed by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), so he is not just another financial planner, but he is a fiduciary and there is a difference. They are a Full Service Group for Retirement Planning. They can do an Income Plan, Investment Plan, Tax Plan & Preparation, Healthcare Plan, Legacy Plan, Real Estate and Mortgages. I came to Bauman Wealth through a Sunday morning TV infomercial Todd was doing.  Set an appointment for some tax planning in retirement. I was skeptical but had never really  focused or considered tax planning in retirement, but was curious enough to set a consultation. That meeting introduced me to Vinnie Garaventa, and it turned out to be one of the better financial decisions I have made.

I started cautiously, moving a small portion of my portfolio over in mid-2024 to see how things felt. Did another smaller round in Q4 and by early 2025 I had moved the balance. That says everything.

Over the last 24 months through quarterly meetings, market volatility, and some genuinely complex planning conversations  three things have stood out about Vinnie.

First, he is honest. Not reassuring for the sake of reassurance, but actually straight with you. When something needs to be said directly he says it. In financial advising that is rarer than it should be.

Second, he is strategic without losing sight of the practical. Vinnie thinks long term and brings real insight to complex decisions Social Security timing, portfolio construction, retirement income architecture but he never makes you feel like you are being lectured or sold. The advice lands because it is grounded in your actual life not a generic model.

Third, and maybe most importantly for me personally the local presence matters more than I thought it would. My previous advisor was with a large international firm, solid and competent, but the advisor I was referred to and did well by me, was not here. There is something genuinely different about face to face meetings with someone who knows you, remembers your conversations, and treats your retirement as a priority not a number in a book.

In 24 months my confidence, my knowledge, and my portfolio have all grown in a way that feels measured and real. I know where I stand, I know where I am going, and I trust the person helping me get there.

I am really happy with the service I received from this company.  The process to get our living trust and Wills completed was effortless.  I will warn you that it is almost like having to fill out a lot of documents for purchasing a home. Morgan, Kent, the receptionist and all of the other employees were very friendly which is a good thing since we will have a life-long relationship with them.  Outstanding customer service skills. My husband and I had several interactions with Bauman Wealth Advisors over the past few months.  Each time was beneficial, from the time you interact with the assistants at the front desk until your appointment with the advisor you feel at home.  Our advisor, Vincent "Vinny" Garaventa was so knowledgeable, and he enlightened us on our retirement, social security and generating additional wealth.  We worked with the company, and, for a small fee, purchased the Trust Package which included our trust, pour over will, deed transfer, and more.
